First weathering pass on the Airfix Spitfire. I realise that the underside looks a little overdone - as does the wing root chipping - but I'm trying to push past my natural timidity when it comes to weathering.

Airfix Spitfire with all the decals on, and VMS satin varnish over the top. I wasn't able to eliminate all the silvering, but did at least reduce it somewhat. And I must say VMS has a *very* different definition of "satin" to me! Weathering next...
