Copper brooch has concentric circles in the centre defined with gold wires and set with garnets, with 4 triangular points extending in N, E, S, W positions. Around the edge is another circular band of garnets. Between the edge and centre, in the spaces between the points are four small circles set with garnet, defined in gold wire, with rounded garnets in the centre of each. In the spaces between small circles and points are gold plates decorated with designs of intertwining gold wire.
