Has anyone in the #homeassistant community looked at one of these zemeollo air quality devices available cheap on amazon with an eye toward getting data off it using an ESP32 so you can send the data via MQTT? Does it have any internal comms ports on the board or anything?

An ad for a zemeollo 10-in-1 smart air quality sensor for $30 but it has no obvious reporting features other than the screen, no ZigBee or matter or other radio tech as far as I can tell.
