Due diligence was never done ! AUKUS might be amended to acceptable if 1. US & UK nuclear submarine rotations are 5 year renewable contracts with 2 year notice to cancel or immediate cancellation if AU Government objects to particular Operations 2. Aust Submarine Construction is Conventional AIP
