I buy a small bag and freeze them, always on hand. They don’t freeze super well, but do fine folded into dishes (stews, stir fry, casseroles, etc.). When my arteries aren’t looking I’ve been known to make Old Bay Shishito Cheese Fries (with fresh shishitos)
