1. When he promised in a closed-door speech that he’ll lower taxes for the rich.
2. When he said he wishes Ghislaine Maxwell well.
Then it's actually something newsworthy. "The President actually made two factually correct statements this week, a new record high for him."
The important thing to remember is that lifelong frauds like dumbass lie in order to convince themselves, as well as others. As his mental faculties erode, it is less difficult to make up anything to say, as he has no remaining filter and doesn't know a lie from the truth.

It’s embarrassing to me that any American would be stupid enough to keep believing him! Most Americans detest braggarts and cruel people too, yet here we are. Then there’s Congressional GOP, who ignore his lies, cruelty, corruption, their oaths, us, and do whatever this horrific, vile man wants.
