This group of #HotWheels are working vehicles. The Fire Eater and Ambulance are from the 1999 Fire 'n' Rescue Action Pack, which had firefighters and a dog. The Pit Crew Truck (aka Combat Medic) is a favorite. I've got one of these already, so this one will be made into a prize car.

Fire Eater became so plasticy and cheap these days compared to what it used to be. Some Combat Medics click. Depends on the year, otherwise your mileage may vary.

The only other Combat Medic besides the Pit Crew Truck I have is a 1982 Letter Getter. I'm always on the lookout for the 1977 releases of this casting, since they are the only mainlines with metal bases. The Hot Ones, Pop Culture and Silver Series sometimes have metal bases, though.

The Metro Sketch version was decent this year (especially the graffiti design). But no metal base.
