Looks like the original 1973 issue but put into an older RCA sleeve. This was a rare UK picture sleeve, in that, very few 7” singles at the time came in pic sleeves… 1st Bowie single I recall in that sleeve (bought them all on release!) was “Young Americans”. Sleeves in 73 were green/orange

Bought the 1981 12" of Visions of China in 1985 from the record shop in Highams Park. Discovered that the A side = album version from Tin Drum of the song (03:38) and the B side the album version of Swing from Gentlemen Take Polaroids. Cheated! In 1982 Virgin released the same song again, your 7".
