I guess these things pop up in older folks more often I hoped it was a one and done
Going to have to get more information on how to prevent it
Cranberry for sure, they now sell all natural cranberry concentrate in a capsule, maybe a daily supplement would be good. Research & see what you find 💜

No!!!!! That is amazing! Monarch LOVE Tithonia. I recently moved so no garden at the moment but the last 10 years I planted all varieties of milkweed and nectar plants (Tithonia and Blazing Star Liatris) being favorites for the Monarchs I raised. My best year I released 300+.
Wow! That's an incredible amount of butterflies, they were EVERYWHERE🦋 🐝🥰 I'm glad I took this pic, my husband also couldn't believe there was essentially a hedge row of them. 🧡🧡🧡
