I read that he wants his name engraved on the building and is closing it down for “remodeling” for 2 years. If this is true then the Kennedy Center will be tacky Temu gold just like the White House and nobody with any talent and integrity will ever perform there again.

I still think his ultimate “up yours” to the Arts community will be to turn it into a casino/hotel.
