Y'all, we've had ANOTHER set back. 1️⃣ First we thought we'd be done by May. There was an issue with what the Structural Engineer designed for the exhaust hood. ▪️

3️⃣ Next we thought July and there the walk refrigerator we speced out was back ordered and plans had to be updated.
Browned Butter Babe · 0 · 13h ago 4️⃣ We had our fingers crossed for mid-August when the we found out that the epoxy floor was bubbling in the kitchen area and the different color in the front was finished poorly. AND the floor has to be COMPLETELY redone.

✴️ We've already ordered most of our equipment and are having move everything around for a real life Tetris.
