Aug 14, 2026: She with lotus eyes, carrying lotus, bowed to by elephants.🐘🪷🐘 ಗಜವಂದಿತ ಕಮಲಧಾರಿಣೀ ಕಮಲಾಕ್ಷೀ gajawanditha kamaladhaarinee kamalaakshee

Idol of Hindu deity Krishna dressed in red as Lakshmee (feminine) seated with right leg folded and placed over the left knee; a fully bloomed pink lotus in right hand, left hand in blessing pose; wearing gold shoes, gold palm coverings, several gold ornaments including a garland of gold coins, hair in a bun with several head ornaments, several strings of jasmine on the head. An ornate gold arch behind Krishna. Two silver elephants flanking Lakshmi with their trunks raised. Thin strings of jasmine hanging down from the top middle of the arch and hooking on to the tip of both elephants. Two thicker strings of white flowers (some red roses) hang on each side of the arch from the top and drop off the back of the elephants. Emerald blue silk cloth fills the arch's interior. Some small idols on the pedestal in front of Krishna's seat, a bit below Krishna's feet. A string of yellow flowers (some red roses) and some loose green holy basil leaves on the pedestal. A cone, with Ketaki petals (screw pine) inserted at angles, on the floor in front of the pedestal. Two pairs of lit traditional oil lamps in the foreground.
