Beautiful very slow run today in Lugo taking in the park, Lugo Cathedral and the Roman city walls. This was the 3rd time of running the city walls and each time my run was slower due to the heat and humidity. Flying home tomorrow so no #parkrun but hope to volunteer at the next one.
