My quiet little town suddenly became the centre of the known universe! Two people badly injured, could have been more! 🤔

Scary , seems it might have been the because of this extreme heat . Such a lovely quiet place, my Dad lived there.

He lived in Caburn Court initially then when he became more incapacitated he moved into Claydon House in Wallands x

No though in south East and as his children living in UK were all south East when Mum died lovely place to be .
Of all of the track sections in a five mile radius of Lewes, I find it almost poetic that the train derails due to infrastructure failure within sight of the Landport estate.
