The Globe identified a gap in Canada's sanctions list in June. A CDN defence journalist (True North Strategic Review, @noahgairn.bsky.social) posted a short write up on the eX about the (ahem) rich history of this company. Basically any allegation of CDN supplied military vehicles to shady doings most likely had this company's dirty paw prints.
