"Ten of thousands of new jobs" did not come from semiconductor manufacturing. Many are short-term construction jobs. #TSMC #Arizona added 3,500 jobs thus far. A majority of those workers are imported from #Taiwan. Perhaps you need a #Chinese translation, Cap?
