Painful Nightmares (REPOST) This was based on an actual reoccurring nightmare which you can read about in the alt text! please show some love <3

Essentially how the nightmare went (without the small variations) was I would wake up in my room, get ready to go downstairs whether that be to sneak snacks or whatnot. I hit the stair way and hear in a weird melodic voice: "Behinddd youuu~" I instinctively bolt down the fuckin stairs, turn the corner to the hallway, start sprinting down it trying to get to the living room which was the safe spot and I get about halfway before my running speed slows, like I'm running in water. I then turn around and see this thing sprinting at ME at full speed. Anything it did to me I felt in real time, all of the pain. It sucked.
