Simon from Iron Lung is facing the viewer and appears to be bracing his hand on something and looking a bit sick. Behind him, Grace from Project Hail Mary is smiling sheepishly and is fiddling with a dry erase marker, looking a bit nervous. Next to him a dry erase board with pictures drawn explaining that the me-burgers are made from human flesh, so it can be assumed this is what Simon is uncomfortable about.
