I’ve long wondered about accounts like this. There are many seemingly pro-USA pages on FB that have been linked back to accounts in Eastern Europe. These local accounts seem to encourage similar jingoistic, pro-cop attitudes. There’s a vacuum and it will be filled.

Paul Manafort’s old colleague the fled Ukrainian quisling Viktor Medvedchuk is probably involved in a lot of them— he is known to be running lots of EU democracy-subverting media sites from exile in Russia now.
