The Little Hut (1957) A flint, thatched, rose covered small building with an attractive window which I believe is an apple store. It is at the corner of an orchard at West Dean Gardens.

In the UK we have the National Trust. We pay yearly to be a member which means we can go as often as we want just for the yearly fee.

Most of the stately homes near me were built by tobacco barons, robber barons, and/or slavery 🫤 Not quite the same as your National Trust. Plus your stately homes are so much older! Enjoy your NT membership!
Oh there are definitely some dark links here too. The National Trust has been more open about where the owners’ wealth came from in recent years. Of course right wingers accuse them of now being “woke”.
