Been reading issue 7 of the current #thepunisher💀 (2026) series. Was the long wait for the new issue worth it? Kinda... Just like with Jigsaw, the storytelling between Frank & this new villain called Collateral Damage was rushed & short. Collateral Damage's motivation & reason makes him look like an idiot, but I guess you can argue that his mental state got permanently damaged that he can't think straight anymore. So we got a small origin, but not the full story. I guess they're saving it for another issue or story. I was mixed about the ending, but in hindsight it makes sense.
