Debbie · 4 · 6h agoUnfortunately, the Supreme Court decided that he can only be charged and tried in impeachment proceedings. He has immunity for everything he does during his acts as president.

Debbie · 3 · 6h agoI agree but it will take a Democratic sweep to get an indictment because the current justice department has interpreted the Supreme Court decisions as “anything he does is untouchable.”

Debbie · 0 · 2h agoHe is doing insider trading and money laundering on a daily basis. It will take a Democratic administration with the will to do it to get him prosecuted. The current justice department has decided that every thing he does, no matter what it is, is an official act for as long as he is president.
