All Ospreay Wrestling bruv.
They did this with Punk.
Not everything has to revolve so utterly around the one Special Boy in Tony Khan's shiny boy shrine.

Enjoying Speeble v Nick Wayne more than I expected. Haven't seen much of the Indie Darling Nick Wayne in AEW really, especially since his thing with Kip Sabina just sort of stopped happening.
Good to have him back in the mix and putting a show on.

With him, it's the same as many of that kind of heel. I don't like him, but I'm sure I'm not meant to. I'm not sure if it's the right kind of dislike, though.
He's off as a shit eating heel considering how young he is. It's easy to hate young people because they're so awful.
But I know what you mean. He's been a bit of a tough sell.
Nick Wayne is the truth. I was trained by his dad and I can tell you from first hand experience that the kid is both super talented and a very nice guy. TK edited it out, but he got a massive "NICK, NICK, NICK FUCKIN WAYNE" chant in his match against Mox on collision last time they were in Seattle.
I'd like to see @speedballbailey.bsky.social go Toe to Toe (hehe) with Marina Shafir where they each consider stamping on the others bare foot, but instead tacitly agree to a Foot Moratorium.
MJF doesn't even believe his own delusions with this "OTC" thing.
He thinks he's the legit champion but ALSO he's entering the Casino Gauntlet to get a shot at the actual champion?
It's not a good gimmick, the "real" champion thing. It was played when Punk tried it and it's more played now.
I wonder if either the Bucks or actual tag champs Cope & Cage will bother to turn up this week to put literally any effort into their "feud" for Wembley.

"Featured" like ice in a wine bar cocktail.
Full disclosure, I'm not interested in anything Ospreay is doing. It's all been so heavily telegraphed since he came back that there's almost no point watching. He wins at All In. We know that.
I'd personally like to get that over with so we can move on.
Personal taste is what it is, but watching Dynamite and hoping not to see Will Ospreay right now is kind of like jumping into the ocean and hoping you won't get wet.
I prefer to look at it as going into McDonalds and hoping you can order something besides thirty Big Macs.
But I get you, and I love that analogy very much.
It's the Ospreay Show right now, and I'll have to live with that. Just hopefully not for much longer.
His insistence on keeping an unrepentant sexual predator in wrestling because they're mates.
That's a big part of things that turned me off him as a person.
And his booking since coming back has been one long Point to the Sign for All In and I'm exhausted with it.
