I’ve all but given up on #silo This latest series is SO confusing. I haven’t got a scooby what’s going on, who is who, or what is what. The flashbacks make no sense to me at all. I think I should just stick to Hi-De-Hi

The flashbacks are too slow and years and years behind what’s going on in #Silo 18. It’s like a new book 😫

The pace almost ground to a halt with those early flashbacks. It drove me nuts not knowing who they were or what was going on. The constant flicking between 3 time periods also makes it hard to watch. I want to know what happens but not sure if I’ll bother now 🫪

They could have put a caption for the dates. Daniel/Helen are in 2049 while Juliette is 2345 after going out and back. Then there is Silo 1 when he’s in charge according to the book Shift but everything has been changed in the drama. Worth reading the books if you haven’t. They are addictive.

I had considered doing just that. Thanks for the encouragement. Do the books swap and change between time periods or is that merely dramatic licence in the TV series?

In Shift they do swap between Silo1, 17 and 18 but all chapters have a date so you know exactly what is going on in each Silo and never be confused. In Dust the chapters also tell you what is going on where. Happy reading.

Thank you 🙏🏼 🙌

Keep watching the drama though as it is also addictive in its own way. After S3 read the books.

You can’t get free of the Silo until you understand why it was formed in the 1st place. There are bread crumbs all over the place!

I've read the books. Once again thanks for your opinion. I doubt we'll ever agree 😉

How many times have you read Shift? Because there was an undercurrent that has already been given vent to during this episode.

Ok… whatever you say.

Remind me to miss that series. I remember "Lost" .. that lost me completely.

It has the flavour of that. I gave up on Lost when it became apparent they were never going to resolve anything.

If I could I’d just skip to the end 🤔
