I hear the Civic Hospital plans to squat on part of the land around Dow's Lake instead of buying land outside the Green Belt or rebuilding on their existing site.
Massive parking garage now sits across the street from Dow’s Marina. The hospital itself will be even way more massive, and the construction hole now covers what used to be Experimental Farm land, from the garage most of the way to the traffic circle/Arboretum entrance. The traffic? Don’t ask.
