I would produce my series THE BOWERY. The remarkable and (mostly) true story of how a handful of the most prolific criminals in American history all started out in the same place, at the same time -- Manhattan, 1865. COMPS: Boardwalk Empire. Peaky Blinders. Deadwood.

You could do this under some mega stages. Never have to take it down because you can get more period pieces yo film on the same lots (chaotic I know, but milk it from the BBC/PBS with some budget repressing and renting the constructed stage).
