Too many years ago to count, I picked up my results, and every subject was under my estimated grades. I broke into tears, thought I’d ruin everything, lost my uni place, had my mum run out of a meeting as I told her she didn’t need to come. It was not my best day.
But hours later, I had a university place, I went, I got my degree, my pace, I taught in this country and abroad, I came back to the UK and got good jobs and I’m now doing what I’m passionate about in writing.
Your results don’t define you, you define you. So good or bad results be proud of what you have achieved and know there are still great things to come! #alevels
