Another dish from Henry Harris' The Racine Effect: here's the Tomato Salad with Cream Dressing and Goats Cheese. The recipe calls for Sarriette de Banon but we substituted Chavroux. As it includes fresh mint, I added a few mint flowers for garnish, since they are so pretty.

No I don't think so, though I appreciate we did cost two cheese ones to start with! ❤️ But let me look through tomorrow and send you more of an idea. ❤️ There are dishes that are too many steps for us but they are also loud that we are keen to try.

I don’t often cook with cheese, I tend to prefer it as it is. It’ll be interesting to see what else is in the book as I don’t really own anything stylistically like it.
