A monster housing market as the actual premise is such a specific hook, is episode two leaning into the bureaucracy of it or more into the monsters themselves?
Would be a fun show to do writing for, but I don't think I've got a good enough portfolio to even attempt contacting about it.

The name "Dungeon Flippers" makes me think of pinball.
NGL, I'd LOVE for there to be a Dungeon Flippers pinball game! Knocking the ball around the dungeon-styled playfield. Where you can renovate things by bouncing the ball around. Knock down walls, swap out décor, maybe a boss battle? And MULTI-BALL!!
