MTV's "The Challenge" champion Tyler Duckworth has died at age of 44, his mother Joni confirmed on social media.
A fan from the beginning….I have been watching EVERY SEASON since 1998.
Ironically, Tyler Duckworth leaves us when the reboot of the Cutthroat season begins (started 8/5). Yes, Tyler won the ORIGINAL season of Cutthroat.
