I think this is a free Kyle Webster fountain pen brush that I exported out of Photoshop. I wouldn't feel good about hosting it for download cuz it's not my brush really :/
So gorgeous! I think the big expressive tilt of the eyes works really well with the little bit of flatness to the nose, so that there's something feral/wild/unearthy about her face without being noticeably animalistic.
