Friday morning run in Chiba, yesterday night it was the extremely heavy rain I have never experienced. Very scared.Dozens cars which were submerged are abandoned. 千葉での金曜日の朝ランです。昨夜は経験したことのない豪雨でした。とても怖かったです。数十台の車が水没して放置されてました。

Stoped running and helped to push some submerged cars to edges of the road in order to go through. Terrible situation but so many roads are in same situation in Chiba.
I've seen the videos, it's amazing you helped out! Here's hoping things get back to normal quick.
