My plan to get the 🚌 #Parkrun & run home was thwarted,it went MIA🤷🏻‍♀️ Ran home to get the car, arrived feeling rushed,spent mile 1 chatting to a lady from my home town. 1m 14s off last week💪thanks cooler weather. Unofficial milestone: 50th here 🥳 A rare photo with the RD

Thankyou. It’s err undulating 🤣 with great views of steam trains (under normal circumstances), the railway sidings, a windmill and the sea. It’s my home one and reputed to be one of the most challenging in the country 🤩
