I occasionally do some portrait, but a mentor i had gave me the advice to shoot one or the other, because when you present the pictures together as an album or as full work it generally flows better to have them the same

Jibblescribbits · 0 · 1d ago same advice was to use a prime instead of a zoom lens, so all shots have the same aspect and flow better.
Sometimes i don't but i normally shoot my 35mm f/1.8 lens, unless i need a zoom for a specific reason. (Wildlife and sports, a zoom is almost necessary, imo)
