The first part shows our previous canine hero shoving trash food down his mullet aggressively. You can see the parasite peeking from his ear. The text says "Fig. 5: The victim's appetite greatly increases once the host's memories completely degrade. Naturally this will cause the host to gain weight exponentially. Due to the changes made to the body during the infection, removing the parasite at this stage will leave the host with a greatly reduced mental capacity and increased appetite permanently." The second part shows how the previously infected heroes look 40 days after their infection. Every hero has the parasite sticking out of their ears. They all have huge eyebags, a zonked-out, pleasured, distant expression, and some of them are drooling. They're all wearing latex tanktops. They're so fat now that they all have developed huge belly overhangs and prominent stretch marks. The text here says "Fig. 6-8: During this stage, the parasite becomes completely docile, greatly reduces in size, and can safely be extracted from the ears. Any personality traits or orders given to it while the parasite was attached will become permanent once removed."
