Amend that one law to let states elect their House delegations through a proportional system and gerrymandering stops being mathematically feasible; mapmakers can move the lines all they want, but the votes still follow the voters. Proportional representation is also race-neutral so it won’t fall foul of the new rules the Supreme Court has made about voting rights and race-neutrality."
