Saya Kamitani comes out wearing a Swallows jersey to do the ceremonial pitch. She takes the mound and raises her leg before throwing the pitch, but it goes way way off to the left like a wild pitch. She spins around in embarrassment and falls off the mound, rolls on the ground, and ends flat.
