Happy Saturday #Scriptsky As writers, we've all got those weird, random Google searches in our browser history. My most recent one is well...I think it speaks for itself. What's one favorite of yours?

I've been googling of romance novel euphemisms for body parts for my rom-com that takes place in the world of romance novel publishing and BookTok. I know plenty on my own but I need variety. So I recently googled "velvet-encased steel" because I was trying to remember "velvet-wrapped steel".

I no longer have google searches because I have begun the slow tortuous process of separating myself from all things google 'cos AI slop...) BUT my Duck Duck Go searches have included rules for statelessness, Home Office asylum case worker guidance, and I went down a Neanderthal DNA rabbit hole...

Don't worry, I'm not getting into making candy, it's for a torture scene 😇

I mean, obviously 😂
this was mine: "The Crash at Crush was a one-day publicity stunt in the U.S. state of Texas that took place on September 15, 1896, in which two uncrewed locomotives were crashed into each other head-on at high speed."
