RCW 53c Nebula (SHO) in the southern constellation Carina (part of the Carina Nebula). Astrophoto by Beatrice Heinze (Processing) and Telescope Live (Data). RCW 53c is a rarely imaged nebula that is part of the Carina Nebula or Eta Carina Nebula (catalogued as NGC 3372), also known as the Great Carina Nebula in the southern constellation Carina. I processed this nebula in a vibrant SHO palette (the Hubble palette) with data from Telescope Live. SHO stands for Sulfur-Hydrogen-Oxygen. The following software was used: Astro Pixel Processor (stacking) and PixInsight (processing). Data: Telescope Live Processing: Beatrice Heinze Telescope: Planewave CDK24 (24 Inch/61cm) Location: El Sauce Observatory, Rio Hurtado valley, Chile (Southern Hemisphere) => Bortle Class 1 Total exposure time: 7 hours Clear Skies!
