Jeff Buckley released his only studio album “Grace” on this day in 1994. It would leave a lasting impression on legendary musicians such as David Bowie, Jimmy Page and Bob Dylan. Thoughts? Favourite tracks?

I love this and also 'Lilac Wine' (which is even better than Elkie Brooks' version IMO). The track 'Forget Her' is a favourite as well but was left off the original album.

Forget Her is dope. Love that song. I do like his cover of Lilac Wine also. Nina Simone’s cover my personal favorite

Same here. Nina Simone's version is the definitive for me

For me, it's always going to be his cover of Hallelujah. Stunning lp.

I will have to revisit this record today. I recently bought it, and for some reasons it did not resonate with me the first listen.

Love it, own it. Last Goodbye is my favorite song from the album. He died in 1997, that seems so long ago.

Hard to single out tracks, it's a perfect 10/10 album.

As Tom already said, it's a perfect album. Hard to pick any song as the best.

A fantastic musical palate cleanser amidst all that Grunge & heavier Alt Rock from '94, featuring his near-peerless 🎤, fantastic songs & dynamic arrangements!!🙌 Plus Last Goodbye, Mojo Pin, So Real & Lover, You Should've Come Over😻 are this morning's top picks!!🌟

Remember buying it without hearing anything, the record shop owner told me if I didn’t like it, then I was no longer welcome in his shop… Yes it’s that good.

The title track is an awesome piece of music
Such a hauntingly beautiful album. "Grace" and "Last Goodbye" are my favorites, but his version of "Hallelujah" is simply breathtaking. It always gives me chills. What a voice and what a loss. 🎶
