I would imagine the facility might still provide for special needs of the ones that aren't threats. I got the feeling that was the case with the fluffy spider girl.
I mean, SCP have a bunch of sentient safe that are free to come and go as far as they keep tabs with the foundation. I guess The Facility works the same way?
