I'm back with a NEW Toontown OC! Her name is Kitty Sumi and she is a totally normal Toon. Don't question why her face looks like that, or why she has stitches all over body. Especially don't question the latter part; she doesn't like that.

Key art of my Toontown: Corporate Clash OC, Kitty Sumi. Kitty Sumi is a pink-furred fox Toon with short hair. She wears a pink shirt with red, short, puffy sleeves and a green heart pattern where the chest rests. Tied to her upper body is a red ribbon, with the bow barely being seen in the back. She also wears a short skirt of the same color. Her shoes are pink, with a single green stripe near their ends. Around her neck is a necklace composed of large, spherical, jade-colored beads. Strangely enough, she has stitches all over her body, specifically on her arms, legs, and the tip of her tail, separating the main shade of pink from the tip's light pink. Her face is flat and mask-like, resembling a fox Toon's Laff meter, the only point of elevation being her round, black nose. Her eyes are black and have the pie-eye shape most Toons have. In the drawing, Kitty Sumi skips happily, staring at the viewer with a smile. Her ever-present grin reveals her white, flat teeth. Her arms are spread out, and she has her left foot up in the air.
