How do you #coproduce? It depends on context. Rather than follow the 'perfect recipe', prepare the 'essential ingredients'. Have #dialogue on which recipe is the right one for everyone involved. #Reflect and come to a shared #understanding on #why, #who WITH and #how we will co-produce. Together.

The EAA Framework (Masterson et al., 2024). An animated diagram of the Engagement, Alignment and Agreement framework. The outer dashed circle represents 'Context'. The inner area features moving circles ("wheels in motion") representing the six mechanisms of co-production: intentions, assets, dialogue, documentation, interpretation, and understanding. These form three dynamic phases: Engagement, Alignment, and Agreement. A surrounding ring contains seven smaller circles ('reflect', 'why', 'who', 'how', 'what', 'refine', 'result') that fade in and out to show a non-linear, iterative process.
