She looked at him, frowning, and Tim realized she didn't know him.

It shouldn't have been a surprise—she had never known he was Robin, after all. And it had been…god, years since they'd seen each other. 

Since she'd gone from the closest thing to a mother he had left to a veritable stranger on the day his dad died, and those slow painful months afterwards. 

"I'm fine," she said. "Thank you, Robin. Do I…can I go?"

Tim bit his lip, looking around. "The police might want a statement—you're a witness. I—I can stay with you until they arrive?"

Dana shrugged, crossing her arms over her chest in a way he recognized. Tim smiled at her—probably a little more familiar than it should have been. "I'll stay," he assured her. He sat on the lid of the dumpster, legs crossed.
