Two large mushrooms growing side-by-side with bright yellow stems and yellowish-brown fleshy caps. Growing in brown leaf litter with some Christmas fern fronds behind them. Might be Ornate-stalked Bolete.

AnneA · 2 · 1d ago I don’t know anything about how different the mushrooms are in different parts of the country/world. But I’m guessing there are regional differences. We have some very colorful ones here for a few months every year. Maybe it’s the humidity, ha!
