#NP Prayers for Rain 🌧 Glad to have found this album in the racks today. Written as the soundtrack for Barbet Schroeder’s film La Vallée, its only weakness is that the tracks are far too short for their full potential 🤍 Pink Floyd Obscured by Clouds (1972)

I suppose that is generally the nature of soundtrack albums and incidental music. But your point is correct - a separate release with longer versions, maybe a double album, would also have made a great release. Thanks for the prompt, this will get a spin tomorrow for sure 😊
