Great capture Soph. I wonder if that butterfly is a Green-veined white like the one I saw yesterday but a male - only one spot on wing. I'm no expert, though. I rely on this old glossy fold-out poster that was free with a newspaper years ago.

That is really cool - I have not got a scooby which one it is - but handy harry just uploaded the capture and the interwebs tells me it is probs a 'fairly confident it’s a female Small White butterfly (Pieris rapae)'

That looks most likely according to my little chart, too. I wish it wasn't so glossy. Hard to photograph. I'm sure I have little book somewhere in the bookshelf jungle.🙄
