So perfect casting, really.
One thing I'm working on I spend ridiculous amounts of energy and time in naming characters. Like, truly absurd levels of energy even for minor ones. One character took me a week to engineer the 'right' name.
In another one, however, it's like, "Quick, what's the shortest name I haven't used yet?"
I'm kind of glad that for whatever reason, it's never been a huge issue for me. I can spit character names all day.
