Thanks, Deborah. They’re excited to go home, but afraid to see the neighborhood. The fire crews have been amazing, and fortunately we didn’t have flareups over the weekend. They’ll be glad to sleep in their own beds tonight, I’m sure.

That's wonderful news, but I imagine a bit bittersweet not knowing what they will find. You made them feel safe and secure during this and those kids will talk about it to their grandchildren years from now. You and Gretel enjoy the calm.💐💕

I just learned of what has been happening in your neck of the woods. What a generous heart you have GP 💕 I'm saddened by all the incredibly challenging times so many are experiencing across the country. I had to take a long break from SM. Happy to hear you & Gretal are safe 💞
