If a job is worth being done/needs to be done it’s worth being paid enough to live. All else is exploitation. You’re part of the problem if you don’t have a plan to get a Living Wage over the line and/or you’re on the rich list opining about inequality but pay staff less than a Living Wage.

I reckon you're most of the problem if you're a rich-lister opining about inequality but paying below living wage. Because this scuffed society has deemed rich-listers Better so follows their example. They've got the means. They've got the platform. But they use both for exploitation & hypocrisy.
